Blu at Belvedere is a comprehensive landscape and site enhancement project delivered by Blue Grass Commercial, designed to create a functional, welcoming outdoor environment for residents and visitors. The project also included the installation of retaining walls, pavers, crushed stone areas, and custom wood planters.

To enhance resident experience and encourage active use of the outdoor spaces, the scope was completed with site furnishings such as a ping pong table, bike racks, benches, and tables creating inviting shared spaces that support modern residential living.
